SIMLab researcher Martin Kristoffersen has done it again. In a new video about the ferry-free E39 from the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, he plays a major role.

The focus is on his research on the ability of submerged, floating tunnels to withstand powerful explosions. Tests in SIMLab’s shock tube at NTNU show concrete to be tougher than assumed.
