Norwegian hotel tycoon Arthur Buchardt thinks the new government headquarters in Oslo should be wooden.

Buchardt is known for having built some of the tallest buildings in Scandinavia. Now he is planning a 66 metre tall wooden building to be finished next spring. He thinks the government should go in the same direction.
